Do you offer individual cremations?
Yes. we only do a small number of individual cremations per day. we would not consider mass cremations.
You can be certain it is only your pet that we return to you.

How can I be sure that my pet receives a dignified individual cremation?
I will be the only person caring for your pet. from collection/accepting in to our care, throughout preperation and cremation. You can arrange for an attended cremation and be present throughout the process if you choose, however all cremations are supplied with individual cremation certificate and covered by CCTV for your peace of mind.

Do I need to leave my pet with the vet to arrange a cremation?
Absolutely not, you can leave your pet at the vet and arrange for us to collect, or you can take your pet home and have us collect from there or you can bring your pet to us. please remember you can contact us at anytime and we will deal with everything for you.

When will my pets ashes be ready for collection/delivered back to me?
Wherever possible we will endeavour to have the ashes ready for collection within 48 hours, however you can choose same day collection and delivery, but, additional charges will apply.

Can I visit  your premises and discuss in advance my wishes prior to losing my pet?
Yes, we welcome owners to visit us and plan ahead. it is important to us that you feel comfortable with all aspects of our services.

What happens if my pet dies in the evening, weekend or on a bank holiday?
We are contactable 24 hours a day, so please feel free to contact us.
We appreciate that pets often pass in the night or over the weekend.
Just call us and we will guide you through the choices you have.
Having someone to talk to at anytime will help you through the difficult decisions.

Do you supply Caskets and Urns?
Yes. All our pets are placed into a complimentary scatter tube after cremation, should you decide to opt for a casket or urn of your choice, we do have a selection on display for you to purchase. If you choose to purchase one elsewhere, we will be happy to transfer your pet into that for you,
